How can I book?
You can book in different ways:

What time can I check in and check out?
The room is available from 12:00 p.m. Should you arrive earlier, we can start the check-in process and in the meantime you can already enjoy your umbrella on the beach. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Until when can I take advantage of the beach service?
Umbrellas and sunbeds are included from the morning of the arrival day until the evening of the day before departure for all bookings that include beach service. Would you like to enjoy the beach umbrella on your departure day as well? Please inform the beach reception in time. The extra day will be available at an extra charge.
Does the hotel have a parking lot?
Yes, and it's extremely convenient! Our indoor parking is free of charge for all our guests. There's no need to book it: as soon as you arrive, you can park your car and enjoy your vacation without any worries!
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes! We offer free, ultra-fast Wi-Fi all over the hotel, including in the rooms, and even on our San Francisco Beach. Stay connected, even by the sea!
Are there services for children?
Of course! Our beachfront location, large private beach and much more make our hotel the perfect choice for families. Here are all the services designed for little ones!
Are towels included?
Yes, in each room you'll find a kit with bath towels, as well as a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. However, we don't provide beach towels, so we recommend you bring your own.
Do you prepare gluten-free dishes and dishes for people suffering from food intolerances?
Although we don't have separate kitchens, our restaurant carefully prepares dedicated dishes. Let us know your needs when booking, we'll do our best to ensure you have a peaceful dining experience.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, at Hotel San Francisco pets are allowed! We allow all four-legged friends (small- and medium-sized) and we even have a dedicated area on the beach upon reservation, where your furry friend can rest with you under the shade of your beach umbrella. To ensure everyone's comfort, we kindly ask you not to bring your pet into the dining area.
Can my dog walk on the shoreline or swim in the sea?
No, in accordance with the regulations of the Harbor Master's Office, it is not allowed to walk dogs on the shoreline or let them swim in the water. However, they can stay with you in the bar area or in the pet-friendly area.
Can I have a beach umbrella in the first rows?
Of course, but subject to availability and for a small extra daily charge, you can reserve your beach umbrella in the 1st or 2nd row. There are limited spots, so we recommend you request the front rows at the time of booking your vacation. As an alternative, the beach umbrella is included in the price of your stay starting from the third row.
Is it possible to stay on the beach even if I'm not a guest of the hotel?
Of course. You can call us at 333 4607314, check availability and reserve your beach umbrella.
Is there a tourist tax?
Yes, the tourist tax is € 1.00 per day per person, for a maximum of 5 consecutive nights. Children up to 14 years of age (not yet reached) are excluded. You will pay the tourist tax in cash at the end of your vacation.
How can I cancel a reservation?
We're sorry you can't stay with us: we hope to see you again soon! If you cancel your reservation up to 14 days before your arrival, the deposit you paid will be fully usable for a future stay in the same season.
